The funds will empower community organizations, often seen as lifelines in their neighborhoods, to act as Navigators. These Navigators will offer vital support, providing outreach and enrollment assistance to help residents understand their healthcare options during the open enrollment period from November 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. With services provided in over ten languages, the initiative aims to reach a diverse population across New Jersey’s 21 counties, making healthcare more accessible for everyone, including residents of Byram Township and Franklin Borough.
